Our client based in Banbury is looking for an experienced individual to join their team as a Project Admin Assistant. Working part-time flexible hours to suit the candidate and business needs, this position does not require previous project experience although advantageous, but would also be suited to a confident administrator, with good organisational skills.
Offering £27,000 per annum pro rata.
Duties of the Project Admin Assistant:
• Conduct project specific research.
• Complete monthly reporting to clients, in accordance with KPI’s.
• General administration and adhoc duties pertaining to client projects.
• Diary management for projects, meetings and other.
• Effective management of expenses and processing of invoices.
Personal Attributes:
• Previous experience with an administration position.
• Computer literacy and confident in using Microsoft Office packages to include, Word, Excel, and Outlook. SharePoint experience would be advantageous but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Organisational skills.
