Assistant Lakes Team Manager
Salary: Grade 7, £32,597- £36,363 per annum pro‑rata based on 37 hours per week

Responsibilities
* Help lead the day‑to‑day operation of Low Bank Ground, supporting staff and ensuring safe, high‑quality outdoor adventure and residential experiences for schools, groups and residents.
* Work closely with the Lakes Team Manager and take responsibility for key operational areas.
* Provide on‑the‑ground leadership across land and water‑based activities.
* Support staff development, uphold safety standards and help shape an inclusive programme for all visitors.
Qualifications
* Experienced outdoor professional with strong technical qualifications in paddlesport, climbing, hillwalking and watersports.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, confidence in leading teams and a passion for delivering safe, engaging activities.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, flexibility with working hours, and enjoyment of working outdoors all seasons.
* Understanding of risk management, safeguarding and customer care and a commitment to inclusion, high standards and continuous improvement.
