Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Lecturer in Mathematics to join our Berkshire College of Agriculture team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role offers a salary on the Academic Pay Scale ranging from £31,133 (T1) to £44,841 (T11), depending on experience and qualifications.
Lecturer – Mathematics
As a Lecturer in Maths, you will have the rewarding role of delivering engaging and high-quality teaching that inspires student growth and ensures successful course completion. You'll create dynamic teaching programs, closely monitor student progress, and guide students through exams while also managing their Individual Learning Plans. Your influence will extend to fostering a lively classroom atmosphere with strong attendance.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality, engaging teaching in mathematics.
• Assess student progress and guide them through exams.
• Maintain and update Individual Learning Plans for students.
• Foster a lively classroom atmosphere and promote attendance.
Qualifications
• A relevant degree. Either have a teaching qualification or be eager to pursue one.
• Minimum Level 2 in English and Maths.
• Experience in teaching Maths GCSE and Functional Skills, along with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
