We are looking for a full-time proactive and compassionate Support Worker to join our supported accommodation project in Torfaen, providing vital support to individuals experiencing homelessness with multiple and co-occurring needs.
You will work in a trauma-informed way, creating a safe and supportive environment while promoting independence and recovery. Understanding the complexities of shared accommodation, you will manage challenges effectively, promoting a positive community. Your role will contribute to Housing Support Grant (HSG) outcomes, including improving well-being, sustaining tenancies and reducing homelessness.

Candidates should hold a full driving licence & have access to a vehicle.
Applicants must be able to prove their right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship visas).
This Role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure check (Child & Adult Workforce) which the company will pay for.
