Responsibilities
* Process financial transactions related to DBS projects accurately and efficiently.
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts for the DBS service project.
* Maintain and update financial records ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations.
* Monitor project budgets and track expenditures to ensure financial targets are met.
* Liaise with project managers to provide financial insights and support decision‑making.
* Assist in the preparation for audits and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
* Provide administrative support to the finance team as required, including data entry and document management.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
* Proven experience in a financial support role or similar position.
* Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
