About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Data Analyst to join our Digital Performance Team in Bournemouth.
Apart from your Digital Data Analytical skills we are looking for someone who is confident investigating and propose new opportunities to enhance data and optimisation activities for marketing, social and insights.
Running Stipulated regular reports and providing analysis, as well as triage and allocate data requests from the team for internal and external customers.
You will be involved in team projects and support where needed, able to self-manage workloads and think on your feet!
If you came from a Marketing or financial services background, that’s great but it’s not essential.
We require someone in our Bournemouth offices 2-3 days per week, therefore you must be able to commute on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce clear and concise written reports.
* Analysing large quantities of data to identify patterns and trends.
* Experience using a programming language (i.e. SQL, VBA).
* Excellent problem-solving skills, logical thinking, attention to detail & proven ability to prioritise workloads.
* Evidence of adapting analytical skills to changing roles and environments.
* Comfortable working across multiple data sources.
* Ability to run and manage campaigns and data extractions.
* Data visualisation & data security.
* Keen to support a fast growing and busy area of our business.
* Ability to work in a busy environment and managing stakeholders’ communications / expectations at all levels.

• SQL Server (essential)
• PowerBI (essential)
• Python (essential)
• Javascript (ideal)
• Microsoft services
• Jira and Confluence (ideal)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
