Your responsibilities will include: Receptionist & Front-of-House RoleGreeting visitors, managing calls and post,Supporting staff and students, and ensuring smooth daily operations.You'll help maintain a safe, organised reception area Human Resources SupportCoordinating recruitment and onboarding with the Central Recruitment TeamMaintaining accurate personnel records and HR databasesSupporting staff through the employee lifecycle: promotions, job changes, leave, and wellbeingEnsuring compliance with policies around performance, absence, maternity/paternity, and moreMonitoring training and qualifications to ensure staff are equipped for success Payroll & Finance CoordinationPreparing and submitting monthly payroll dataLiaising with central teams on PAYE, pensions, and statutory pay queriesSupporting financial admin including utilities, vehicle compliance, and subscriptions️ Business & General AdministrationManaging secure records, keys, and codesProducing reports on attendance, turnover, and staff movementsSupporting appraisal processes and training coordinationAssisting with Ofsted inspections, internal audits, and safeguarding complianceTaking accurate meeting minutes and supporting SLT as needed What We’re Looking For:Experience in HR or administrative rolesStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsConfident communicator with a collaborative mindsetAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionProficiency in data systems and report generation How to apply?Please complete an online application form in full, remembering to include all employment and education details.
