Our clients, a well-established surveying practice, are looking for a residential surveyor to join their team in a dynamic office, based in South West Hertfordshire.
Working hours:
* Full-time (Monday-Friday), can consider Part-time (min 3-day week)
* Flexible (Control of your own dairy)
* Office-Based
Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
* Basic salary between £36,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)
* Between 10-14% on personal net billings
* Option of commission-only salary, earning 36% on personal billings (MRICS)
* Car Allowance and Mileage
* 20 days holiday + bank holidays + 3 days over Christmas Period
* Contributions toward RICS costs’ (i.e. memberships, CPD courses and exams)
* Can progress to the director level, receiving further benefits
* Annual Salary Reviews
Residential Surveyor requirements:
* AssocRICS or higher
* UK driving license
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
The role of Residential Surveyor will consist of:
* Carrying out Level 2 reports (Essential)
* Conducting Level 3 Surveys (training can be provided for this)
* Some Valuations
