About The Role
We have two fixed-term maternity cover roles, one for 12 months and another for 7 months. Interviews are scheduled for June 30th. The successful candidate will provide executive assistant support to up to three senior directors, facilitating their daily routines to enhance their work and impact.
About You
We seek an experienced Executive Assistant capable of working independently and proactively. The role requires extensive experience coordinating with multiple senior stakeholders, committee servicing including minute taking and event management, and excellent diary management skills. The role involves working across the UCL campus as needed, occasionally on short notice, with a requirement to be in the office between 20-80% of the time.
