The purpose of this role is to lead the costing and pricing teams within Aftermarket. Deploy centrally defined pricing strategy and process and ensure price and cost files are maintained to ensure a smooth customer RFP process. Key responsibilities and duties: Manage the day-to-day operations of the costing and pricing functions (including local supervision of team members) for SGB Aftermarket, with KPI follow up. Maintain day-to-day office and administration tasks. Maintain a professional working environment. Working closely with the front office to manage and oversee the backoffice quotation process. Act as escalation point for operational issues. Margin analysis and management of cost down activities to maximise profitability. Work with purchasing to set up & manage aftermarket supply contracts, conducting regular business reviews & monitoring key performance measures. Ensuring that the customer pricing is maintained per contractual requirements and per pricing strategy. Contribute to strategy definition, identifying risk and opportunity at customer and commodity level. Implement generic procedures for pricing. Sales history analysis to support spare parts catalogue definition per customer Duplicate & Obsolescence analysis to ensure data integrity. Ensure data integrity of systems records are maintained and audited Willingness to participate in improvement activity across the business Must embrace change and be willing to adopt new skills to support all areas of the business Be flexible in a team oriented environment in achieving the business requirements Our in-house design studio co-creates the most innovative experiences in the sky with our airline customers and partners.
