Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm and every other Saturday 9am - 1pm
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, professional person to join Leaders Romans Group as a Sales Consultant.
Working for one of the largest independent property services companies in the UK, this busy and varied role involves working between our Weybridge and Woking offices, covering a large area of Surrey. It offers autonomy and opportunities for career progression.
The ideal candidate will reside near Weybridge or Woking and have at least one year of recent experience in residential sales.

Responsibilities include:
* Identifying and maximising business opportunities
* Advertising properties, booking viewings, and registering applicants
* Delivering excellent customer service both over the phone and face-to-face
* Achieving personal and branch sales targets
* Networking with developers and building local alliances
* Communicating effectively between clients and vendors
* Building strong internal and external relationships
* Preparing detailed property information and ensuring accurate data entry
* Managing the sale process from viewing to closing
Skills required:
* 6 months to 1 year of residential sales experience with a proven track record
* Excellent sales and customer service skills
* Good telephone manner and positive attitude
* Negotiation skills
