Job Title: Sales Consultant

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm and every other Saturday 9am - 1pm
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, professional person to join Leaders Romans Group as a Sales Consultant.
Working for one of the largest independent property services companies in the UK, this busy and varied role involves working between our Weybridge and Woking offices, covering a large area of Surrey. The role offers autonomy and opportunities for career progression.
The successful candidate will reside near Weybridge or Woking and have at least one year of recent experience in residential sales.
This is a full-time, permanent position requiring energy, focus, dedication, initiative, and a drive to succeed. It offers excellent earning potential, flexible working hours, and career development opportunities.

Responsibilities:
* Identify and maximize business opportunities
* Advertise properties, book viewings, and register applicants
* Provide excellent customer service both over the phone and face-to-face
* Achieve personal and branch sales targets
* Develop new business and build relationships with developers through networking
* Act as the communication link between clients and vendors
* Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
* Prepare accurate property details and ensure data accuracy
* Manage property sales from viewing to closing
Required Skills:
* 6 months to 1 year of residential sales experience with a proven track record
* Strong sales abilities
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good telephone manner and positive attitude
* Negotiation skills
* Tenacity, self-motivation, and a drive to succeed
* Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
