As we prepare to open our new boutique in Chelsea's vibrant creative quarter, we're looking for a passionate and dynamic Style Advisor to join our small but mighty team.
This is more than a retail role. It's an opportunity to become part of an independent British brand at an exciting moment of growth, helping to shape a beautiful new store while creating memorable experiences for our community of loyal and new customers alike.
We're looking for someone who loves fashion, has a strong sense of personal style, and genuinely enjoys building relationships. Experience is important, but personality, enthusiasm, and a positive, can-do attitude are equally valued.
As a Style Advisor, you will be at the heart of the customer journey, delivering a highly personalised and elevated shopping experience. You'll combine styling expertise with exceptional customer service, helping clients discover pieces they love while building long-lasting relationships with the brand.
You'll also play a key role in bringing the Hayley Menzies world to life through visual merchandising, creative window displays, and supporting the launch of our exciting new Chelsea boutique.
We will also be hosting regular customer events and private shopping evenings, creating intimate and inspiring experiences that deepen client relationships and celebrate the brand community.
* 3+ days per week (flexible scheduling discussed during interview stage)
Customer Experience & Styling
* Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
* Provide personalised styling advice that reflects each customer's individual style
* Host private shopping appointments and styling consultations
* Support and host customer events and private shopping evenings
* Build strong client relationships through proactive clientelling
* Create a welcoming and elevated boutique experience
* Support community-building initiatives and in-store events
* Act as a passionate brand ambassador for Hayley Menzies
Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation
* Support visual merchandising throughout the boutique
* Help create inspiring product displays and seasonal storytelling moments
* Assist with changing and maintaining shop windows
* Ensure the store is beautifully presented at all times
* Contribute creative ideas that enhance the customer experience and reflect the brand aesthetic
Boutique Operations
* Support the Store Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the boutique
* Assist with daily store operations and administrative tasks
* Help maintain stock accuracy and organisation
* Support the delivery of commercial and sales objectives
* Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure operational excellence
* Take ownership of responsibilities and contribute to the overall success of the store
New Boutique Opening
* Support the transition into our new Chelsea location
* Assist with store set-up, merchandising, and launch preparations
* Help create a warm, inviting, and inspiring destination for our customers
* Play an active role in establishing the culture and customer experience of the new boutique from day one
