We have got an excellent opportunity for a Customer Excellence Advisor to join our manufacturing client in Irvine on a 6 month contract, who are a leader in there industry.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Customer Excellence Advisor to enhance the customer experience. In this role, you will take ownership of daily tasks, optimise processes, and share innovative ideas with your team to ensure exceptional service delivery. Our client is looking for you to have knowledge and experience using ERP systems and excel.
The working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure high quality and data accuracy in all customer interactions
* Optimise customer service processes and share improvement ideas with the team
* Engage with customers primarily through Teams, with minimal phone interaction.
* Demonstrate flexibility and strong teamwork skills
Requirements:
* Excellent computer skills
* Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel
* Proven customer service experience
* Strong organisational skills
