Specialities
You may dive into all kinds of specialties and build a solid toolkit of skills, including: Working directly with Business & Commercial clients – understanding what they need and building relationships that last. Getting to know our range of products like lending, foreign exchange, payments and merchant services.

You’ll work alongside engineers and experts to make our products better and create smoother experiences for customers

You’ll get an insight into how we handle risk across the business (think credit underwriting and conduct controls) to support customers and make finance a positive force

The work you could be doing
• Meeting clients to understand their needs and how we can support them.
• Helping teams pitch for business, develop leads and make introductions.
• Working on deals with an expert.
• Monitoring market opportunities and generating new and innovative ideas.
• Developing financial business cases for investments and initiatives while also supporting pricing.
• Supporting efforts to break down barriers and build a more inclusive society.

What you need to apply
• Be in your penultimate year at university.
• While we do not require a set projected minimum degree achievement, we strongly recommend the ability to be able to demonstrate sound knowledge, understanding and technical skills aligned to the role. Some aspects of this, alongside behaviours and values, will be assessed through the application process.
• We do not sponsor visas.
Locations
Leeds, Bristol, Edinburgh, Manchester and Birmingham. With our hybrid working policy, all colleagues spend at least two days a week in the office.
