Closing Date: Friday 12 th September Location: Nottingham Contract: Permanent Recruitment Partner: Daniel White About the role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Store Insights Specialist to be accountable for the implementation of the store's insight process. Managing the end-to-end insight process which involves holding weekly feedback calls with the Area Manager and General Manager population whilst also managing Stores escalations. Through analysis of trends and topics, support the business in making data driven feedback to implement change. Your Responsibilities · Working with store teams to obtain consistent and quality feedback · Using data available to understand the root cause of issues and understand which areas to prioritise · Creation of a monthly dashboard to help drive improvements and identity common themes · Using store and support office insights to drive sustainable improvements to the activity that lands in stores · Liaising with teams across the business to drive improvements · Maintain awareness across the wider Store Operations function · Work with the business to help drive out support office non right first time activity and communications · Find new ways to engage the business of the different ways they can provide feedback Our Ideal Candidate · Excellent written and verbal communications skills · A good understanding of stores and operational activity · Excellent relationship building skills, able to engage colleagues across the business · Ability to produce detailed and relevant feedback packs/summaries · Ability to work collaboratively across all functions within the business · Ability to work at pace and demonstrates good time management · Makes connections across the organisation offering support, challenge and drives turning insights into action Why Boots: At Boots, we foster a working environment where consideration and inclusivity help everyone to be themselves and reach their full potential.
