As an Aircraft De-icer you'll be responsible for ensuring that aircraft and vehicles are de-iced and in condition to operate as normal through winter. You'll be required to work outdoors at a height of up to 40ft above the ground inside a heated spraying cab. You'll be also trained to drive vehicles and operate various de-icing equipment.

Benefits: Guaranteed 30hrs per week plus additional hours available
Shifts for Aircraft De-Icer:
Salary £12.25/h - increasing in April
Shift pattern: 3 days on 3 days off
Early Shift: 03:00 to 09:00
Lates: 16:00 to 22:00 or last contracted departure
General Duties for Aircraft De-Icer:
1. De-icing and Anti-icing aircraft,
2. Ensure that the vehicles have sufficient fuel and glycol
3. Driving de-icing vehicles/trucks airside safely and in accordance with company training
4. Your role is extremely important in keeping aircrafts and passengers safe. You will perform pre-planning check on the equipment and trucks. Ensure that the vehicles are clean and in good working order
