We are looking for a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our friendly general practice team at Herstmonceux Integrative Healthcare Centre. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the nursing team to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care to our patients. You will assist with clinical duties such as health checks, wound care, vaccinations, and phlebotomy, while also contributing to health promotion, infection control, and administrative tasks. This role values collaboration, encourages an inclusive and supportive environment, and promotes building respectful relationships with colleagues and patients from diverse backgrounds, including those with different communication styles and ways of thinking.

Requirements
Due to the nature of this position, employment is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, completion of a satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure and two references.
