Main role
The role of the Marketing Executive is to provide temporary cover for email marketing, social marketing and content management, predominantly supporting editorial work. Fully remote, from now until the end of March, minimum.
The role reports to the Marketing Manager events and will have responsibility for supporting the team in implementing marketing campaigns, with full ownership of specific email and social campaigns, and content management.
Duties and responsibilities
 * Work alongside management to deliver innovative and effective marketing campaigns for products via email, social and website.
 * Creating graphics for email banners and social posts.
 * See the delivery of marketing activities from brief to execution and maintaining relationships with agencies.
 * Copywriting for email, social and maintaining web content.
 * Schedule, build, test, quality assure and dispatch emails, forms, surveys and newsletters.
 * Work closely with the marketing team, membership team and policy & technical team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of first-class communications.
 * Carry out any special projects as identified by marketing managers, and undertake other tasks as may be reasonably requested.
Person specification
 * Must have previous experience in email marketing (including the build of marketing emails), content management using a CMS, CRM and social media management tools.
 * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ClickDimensions, Oktopost and Drupal is desirable, but not essential.
 * Experience with design software (either Adobe products or Canva).
