Play a crucial part in translating software requirements into seamless User Interface implementations, collaborating with the Development team to deliver exceptional products. Key Responsibilities: Translate software requirements and designs into UI implementations. Define the team's use of modern front-end frameworks and methodologies with the Tech Lead and UX/UI Lead. Guide the team in leveraging these technologies for optimal UX and UI. Assist in evaluating business opportunities, prototyping, and refining software requirements. Participate in continuous improvement of Product and Software Development processes. Enhance expertise in modern front-end tech, supported by leads. Provide coaching and mentorship to Software Developers. Required Skills: 4 years as a front-end developer in cross-functional teams. Experience in iterative software development in BDD and Agile. Strong knowledge of modern UX/UI design practices like Design Thinking. Proficiency in Git for version control. Experience in Responsive Design. Proficiency in at least one modern JS framework (Vue.js preferred). Solid background in JavaScript (ES6), HTML, and CSS.
