Lead by example in product knowledge and customer service. Assist in maintaining the store's presentation and hygiene standards. Wrap up the day by strategising for tomorrows success. Requirements Key Responsibilities Include: Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and drive performance. Lead the team in absence of the Store Manager with confidence. Deliver memorable customer service that promotes loyalty. Encourage team training and development on products and customer interaction. Ensure the store is well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing. Monitor financial performance and identify cost-effective solutions.
