Apprenticeship Account Manager - Schools and Business Sectors
Established in 1971, Heart of England Training is a leading apprenticeship provider, rated as ‘excellent’ by employers and apprentices, working with over 1,000 apprentices in England.
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Apprenticeship Account Manager to engage with our large, national base of current and new employer customers within the Schools & Business sectors. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong employer and apprentice relationships through high-quality communication, ensuring apprenticeship enrolment targets are met.
This full-time role is based at our Head Office in Rugby and involves sharing responsibilities across the team.
Salary: £22,500 per annum (OTE £29,250 uncapped)
Responsibilities
1. Meet apprenticeship enrolment targets through relationship management and marketing activities.
2. Work closely with customers to inform them about apprenticeships, monitor apprentice progress, and promote further opportunities.
3. Assess prospective employers for compliance, including Health and Safety, safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion prior to enrolment.
4. Advise prospective apprentices on content and commitments, assess eligibility, and complete enrolment paperwork according to ESFA guidelines.
5. Collaborate with the education team to support them in resolving issues.
6. Ensure timely processing of incentive payments and invoices.
7. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop campaigns targeting new and existing clients.
8. Attend careers and business events as required.
9. Respond promptly to referrals and learner applications from the Apprenticeship service and partners.
Person Specification
Candidate should be a confident ‘people person’ with strong relationship-building skills, effective communication via phone, Teams, and email, and excellent organizational skills.
Qualifications
* Support to achieve a Level 3 IAG qualification.
