Business Development Manager – Pharma Services

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, founder-led organisation that has scaled to £350m+ turnover in just 15 years and continues to expand globally across Europe and the US.
They are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across their pharmaceutical services offering, including clinical trial support, comparator sourcing, and packaging solutions.
You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle – from prospecting and networking through to pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value deals.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven track record selling into the pharmaceutical industry
* Strong experience in business development / new business generation
* Comfortable managing long, complex sales cycles
* Experience with clinical trial services, comparator sourcing, or related areas is highly advantageous
This is an office-based role in Marlow – candidates must be within a 1-hour commute
