Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, office‑based outpatient pain management. No nights, weekends, or on‑call. Occasional travel between clinic locations.
Base Salary: $100,000–$125,000 + Productivity Bonus.

Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA‑C) – Outpatient Pain Management.

What You’ll Do
* Perform pain‑focused histories and physical exams
* Evaluate and manage acute and chronic pain conditions
* Develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
* Provide pre‑ and post‑procedure follow‑up care
* Educate patients on diagnoses, procedures, medications, and treatment expectations
* Prescribe medications in accordance with state regulations and practice guidelines
* Document patient visits accurately in the EMR
* Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and clinical staff
Training & Support
We are committed to setting providers up for success. Your onboarding includes approximately two weeks of side‑by‑side training focused on:
* Pain‑focused assessments
* Treatment planning and follow‑up care
* Patient communication and education
* Workflow and documentation support

Qualifications
* Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PA‑C)
