Job Summary
This role within WTW's Global Aviation & Space team focuses on General Aviation risks, offering insurance solutions for regional airlines, corporate jets, and rotor wing operators. The position is based in Ipswich and involves managing a portfolio of General Aviation accounts, handling new business, renewals, client management, and broking.

Responsibilities
* Oversee a portfolio of General Aviation accounts, handling all aspects of clients’ insurance programmes in a timely, technically proficient, accurate, and compliant manner.
* Generate new business enquiries, manage client renewals, and provide client management and broking support.
* Support and develop client relationships by delivering quality technical administrative and service support directly to Clients, Insurers, and Account Executives.
Qualifications
* Ability to negotiate premiums and coverage with insurers on behalf of clients.
* Confidence in advising clients and engaging to form strong relationships.
* Experience in a client‑facing role preferred but not essential; can be in either supporting or managing an assigned client portfolio.
* Strong client service orientation.
* Capacity to work in a deadline‑driven environment.
* Proficient user of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent organisational, PC, and communications skills.
* ACII qualified or studying towards it preferred but not essential.
