Are you a qualified Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker with experience in community mental health care?
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Band 6 Mental Health Professional to join the Bognor Neighbourhood Mental Health Team. This is a great opportunity to work within a supportive, multi-disciplinary service focused on delivering high-quality care to adults experiencing mental health difficulties.

About the Role
You’ll work within a dynamic and experienced team to provide person-centred mental health support to individuals in the Bognor Regis area. This includes:
* Delivering and coordinating high-quality clinical care, including complex assessments, risk management and crisis interventions
* Acting as a lead practitioner for individuals on your caseload and stepping in during urgent cases in the absence of other key staff
* Supporting multidisciplinary team members and liaising closely with external partners such as A&E, Police and social care
* Contributing to the delivery and evaluation of community mental health interventions, aligned with the principles of the Community Mental Health Framework
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. You’ll need access to a vehicle and the ability to travel independently across the locality.
What We’re Looking For
* Registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker
* Experience in community mental health or working with adults with complex needs
* Strong risk assessment, care planning and crisis management skills
* Familiarity with relevant legislation (MCA, DoLS, Safeguarding, Care Act)
* Experience in duty work or crisis response
* Experience of supervising or supporting colleagues
* Lived experience or an inclusive approach to care
