Location : Skelmersdale Head Office, WN8 9TW
Salary : £27,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits!
Contract & Hours : Full time, Permanent, 37 Hours per week Monday to Friday

Sustainable Building Services is a multi-award-winning retrofit decarbonisation solutions provider and principal contractor delivering at scale across all housing tenure types, including social, owner-occupied, and private rental homes.

We are now recruiting for a Retrofit Administrator to assume responsibility for data collection and lodgement preparation.
You will liaise with contractors and site teams to request, collate and prepare evidence and documentation required for Energy Efficient Measures carried out under the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF).
In your role as Retrofit Administrator, you will collaborate across the business and wider group, to provide administrative support for retrofit-related activities.
As our Retrofit Administrator you will be responsible for:
Assisting in maintaining accurate and up to date project documentation, including compliance records, and progress reports.
Working closely and liaise with internal departments, project management and site-based teams to collate and produce retrofit documentation.
Managing data related to retrofit projects. Maintain databases and spreadsheets to monitor project milestones and key performance indicators.
Engaging with key supply chain partners to support the effective development and delivery of projects, including the submission/sharing of documentation.
Monitoring compliance with retrofit standards and grant funding. Assist in preparing necessary documentation for audits ad reporting to relevant authorities.
Acting as a point of contact for telephone/email enquiries related to retrofit projects, providing timely and accurate information to customers. Respond to queries professionally and courteously.
Collaborating with other project stakeholders as required.
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
2 years administrative experience.
Proficiency in IT particularly Excel.
The ability to efficiently organise workload.
The ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
