We are currently looking for a Residential Surveyor to join our clients, a well-established, friendly and supportive practice in County Durham.
This is a fantastic chance for SAVA graduates to shadow FRICS Surveyors and those who have AssocRICS or higher credentials to join a supportive team working across a range of residential and commercial properties.
Residential Surveyor requirements:
1. AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
2. SAVA graduates are also considered
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
4. Excellent client communication and report-writing abilities
5. One survey per day.

Residential Surveyor responsibilities and duties include:
13. Conducting Level 2 (Home Surveys) and Level 3 (Full Building) surveys on a variety of residential & commercial properties. (Training can be provided on level 3 if necessary)
14. Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations (advantageous)
15. Prepare clear and thorough reports, including recommendations and cost estimates for repairs or improvements.
16. Liaise closely with clients to ensure their needs are met, delivering quality reports.
