Job Title: QTS Tutor (Salford)
Location: Salford
Pay Rate: GBP25 per hour (starting rate)
Job Type: Temporary | Part-Time | 20 hours per week

We are seeking a qualified QTS Tutor to support students in Salford, providing expert one-to-one tuition in core subjects like Maths and English. As a QTS tutor, youll deliver tailored lessons to help students improve their academic skills and boost their confidence in preparation for exams.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver one-to-one GCSE English and Maths tuition, tailored to individual learning needs.
Adapt teaching approaches and materials to suit the students pace and learning style.
Help students develop effective study skills, revision strategies, and exam techniques.
Build a positive rapport with students to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
Provide regular feedback to parents/carers and other professionals to monitor progress.
Essential Requirements:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
Minimum 1 year of experience teaching or tutoring English or Maths, ideally at GCSE level.
Right to work in the UK.
Must have, or be willing to undertake, an Enhanced DBS check.
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience in teaching both Maths and English at GCSE level.
Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or additional learning needs.
