What Were Looking For:
? Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (full and relevant by DfE)
Essential
? A genuine passion for early years education and child development
? Ability to develop strong communication skills
? Someone who thrives in a play-based, child-led learning environment
Your Role Will Include:
? Being a key person for a group of children
supporting their safety, emotional
wellbeing, and development
? Building meaningful relationships with children, families, and within your team
? Supporting inclusive practices and working with the Senior Team and regional
SENDCo
? Promoting healthy habits and supporting childrens positive attitudes towards food
and active lifestyles
? Contributing to a culture of safeguarding where every childs voice is heard and
