This role involves following a series of operations to meet daily production requirements using hand and power tools, fixtures, and work instructions to accurately assemble specified components. Pay Rate: £12.77 - £13.00 hourly Working Hours : 06:00 to 14:30 OR 07:00 to 15:30 Monday to Thursday and 06:00 to 11:00 Friday The Role: As an Assembly Operative, you will: Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures. Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications. Comply with business policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Complete all relevant administrative functions. Report any problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the production supervisor. Conserve resources and supplies to facilitate minimum waste. Maintain a clean and organised work area. Communicate with other stations on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy for production. The Candidate: The ideal Assembly Operative will have: Experience in general assembly work or specialised training. Experience with hand and power tools. Basic math and communication skills.
