Description
We are seeking a Line Production Planning Assistant to join our Fleet Engineering division. In this role, you will support Base Production Planners by compiling and controlling scheduled maintenance work orders in line with company procedures. You’ll play a key part in ensuring maintenance documentation is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

What you'll be doing
* Prepare maintenance work packages and associated documentation for scheduled maintenance inputs.
* Control work orders during aircraft maintenance checks, ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping.
* Liaise with internal teams and third-party suppliers to maintain MOE compliance.
* Produce daily status reports and KPIs for ongoing maintenance activities.
* Ensure safety and security of all documentation, data, and resources under your control.
What you'll bring
* Experience with CAA/EASA regulations related to Part 145 production planning.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and industry data suites.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
