Location - Office Based - 2 Days Remote
Job Role Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Manager (PM) to join our Haematology franchise, reporting to the Senior Product Manager (Haematology), based in the Johnson and Johnson High Wycombe office (please note the office is planned to move to Maidenhead, effective late The successful candidate will lead across a range of projects in the lymphoma portfolio.
Role Responsibility
The Product Manager is a critical role in a Business Unit with an industry-leading portfolio of innovative medicines and a breath of opportunities to find career growth in a fast-moving organisation.
Working in close cross-functional collaboration as part of a high-performing team, you will own the development and execution of effective marketing strategies that make a difference in improving patients' health and quality of life, and achieve profitable business growth. In the lymphoma business we need to deliver on multiple strategic imperatives including growing existing business, defending against competition and launching new indications.
Key Role Activities
Own the creation, development and implementation of brand marketing strategies to maximise sales, market share and growth outcomes
Deliver against therapy area and brand strategies with executional excellence
Be responsible for seeking opportunities for incremental improvements in how we engage customers and communicate our messages
Experience
Haematology experience is preferable, but not required
Strong project management skills and experience
Influencing and communication/ inter-personal skills and an ability to work across functions
Proven track record of developing strong collaboration at all levels (internally and externally).
Leadership without direct-line authority
Achiever approach with focus on delivery
Attention to detail
Facilitation and presentation abilities, virtually and face to face.
Qualifications
Previous marketing Product Manager experience in pharmaceutical industry is required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
Working alongside a highly-motivated and hard-working team, you will help craft the brand strategy within an innovative, globally-leading pharmaceutical company that is working to build a world where disease is a thing of the past
