Envisage Dental are a fast-growing dental group founded in 2014. Due to continued success and growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Safety Auditor and Advisor to join our supportive Compliance Team, reporting to our Head of Compliance.
Our ideal candidate will have previous clinical experience as a dental nurse, seeking to progress within a compliance role.
Your working location will be home-based, equipment for a home working set up will be provided. You will be required to travel to our network of practices.

About the role of a Safety Auditor and Advisor at Envisage Dental:
The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to, the below;
9. To ensure practices are ‘inspection ready’, providing the necessary support to enable them to achieve this
10. Carry out a programme of health checks and audits
11. Support the practices in the completion of action plans and conduct support calls or additional visits as necessary
12. Support as required exceptional items, such as new surgery design, extension projects, regulator registrations and inspections, complaints, and incidents
About you:
13. We are seeking applicants with prior dental nursing experience
14. Practical knowledge of infection prevention and control processes
15. Knowledge of checks and audits required in a dental practice
16. Takes responsibility for personal organisation
17. Knowledge of systems such as Dental Compliance Made Easier (DCME)
18. Competent user of MS office
19. Work well with others to achieve results and develop good working relationships
20. The ability to quickly learn new concepts, adapt to changes, and apply knowledge and skills in different situations
21. Support the Head of Compliance on the development and implementation of policies and procedures
22. To keep up to date with legislative requirements and developing technologies within the industry
