A recently rebranded architectural studio in Edinburgh is seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join its growing team. Following several new project instructions, the studio is looking for individuals with strong technical and delivery experience to support projects across the UK. The successful candidate will work within a collaborative and supportive office environment, contributing to multi-residential, commercial, and hospitality schemes. This role offers excellent opportunities for career progression, including exposure to project leadership and involvement in later design and delivery stages. The position is full time and office-based, with occasional home working granted where required.

Strong design and technical expertise, particularly across RIBA Stages 3-5
Proficiency in Revit is essential; knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office is beneficial
Good understanding of current Building Regulations
Experience coordinating with internal and external design teams
Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills
Collaborative, self-motivated, and able to meet project deadlines
Experience in multi-residential, hospitality, PBSA, refurbishment, or conservation projects is advantageous
Eligible to work in the UKDaily Duties and Responsibilities
Producing coordinated technical drawings and packages using Revit
Supporting planning and building warrant submissions
Assisting with technical delivery through later design stages
Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project teams
Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and technical standards
Developing buildable technical solutions from design concepts
Supporting project delivery to meet deadlines and quality standards
Contributing to team collaboration and a positive studio environment
