About the role of Complaints Handler: As a Complaints Handler, you’ll be responsible for taking full ownership of the complaints process, ensuring each case is investigated thoroughly and resolved fairly. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver outcomes and maintain high standards of customer care.
