Our client is a growing independent LD and mental health provider and is currently seeking a Deputy Manager (Registered Nurse) for their 22-bed learning disability care home in Leicester.

As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing clinical services while developing your leadership and business skills in supporting the Registered Manager.

The home has 22 beds for residential care and offers respite care for individuals with primary diagnoses of Learning Disability, epilepsy, autism, swallowing deficits, and related conditions.
Essential criteria:
Valid NMC registration
