Electrical Engineer needed!

Mission:
� Maintain a safe & clean working environment at all times.
� Support and influence company total productive maintenance (TPM) program.
� Co-ordinate maintenance activity in line with production plan to ensure plant efficiency is maximized.
� Transfer knowledge of maintenance techniques to support team autonomy.
Safety:
1. Respect company safety and ergonomic rules at all times.
2. Always wear defined personal protective equipment (PPE).
3. Identify safety risks & immediate notification to the Management team to secure appropriate corrective action.
4. Promote risk identification to ensure knowledge & understanding of safety.
Profit:
5. Ensure maintenance activities are consistent with planned output.
6. Lead immediate countermeasure for production continuation in case of unplanned events.
7. Immediate escalation of issues impacting production to Production Manager or delegate.
8. Lead efficiency workshops to improve productivity & reduce operating costs.
9. Support make or buy projects - business case to solution.
10. Involvement in productivity workshops to improve efficiency & reduce costs.
11. Support appropriate cost-down projects for all purchased parts and services.
Product:
12. Top level maintenance of all machinery.
13. Involvement in countermeasures & corrective actions for all plant and equipment defects.
14. Ensure maintenance output is respecting all quality & technical requirements.
15. Management of maintenance task board. Organize and prioritize in accordance with production requirements.
16. Work to the defined TPM programme.
