Role Purpose
Our Southport office is looking for an experienced Family/Civil Law Legal Practitioner with a strong interest in social justice. As one of Queensland's largest legal practices, we offer a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
About You
* Admitted as a Legal Practitioner in Queensland or eligible for immediate acquisition of a current Practising Certificate, and admitted as a Legal Practitioner or Barrister of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Australian High Court.
* Holder (or eligible for immediate application) of a current Queensland Government Blue Card before commencing work.
* Demonstrated high level of professional service across a wide range of Family and Civil Law proceedings, including Child Protection, Domestic Violence, Civil Litigation (anti-discrimination, estates, consumer protection).
* Minimum two years of full‑time experience, resilience in handling complex cases including Domestic Violence and Child Protection, and ability to develop culturally competent service skills.
