As our Tenanted Safety Advisor, you will effectively communicate Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Fire Safety policies and procedures. You will provide guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of these policies. Assist with accident and incident investigations and help drive corrective actions. Support performance improvements and assist tenant teams with systems and safety-related training.

* Full-time hours: 37.5 hours/week, 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday, with 1-hour unpaid lunch
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-house safety audits to promote best practice safety culture
* Support and coach tenants and their kitchen teams to prioritize, improve, and complete corrective actions after inspections
* Assist in creating and executing safety protocols, including investigation recording and reporting
* Support development and implementation of safety policies and risk assessments
* Foster collaborative interactions to improve safety systems
* Maintain confidential pub safety files
* Monitor ongoing safety compliance
* Ensure statutory compliance items are accurately recorded
* Stay informed on HSE legislation and Food Safety developments affecting our pubs
* Attend safety committee meetings as needed
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Safety Manager
The Ideal Candidate:
* Level 3 Health & Safety and Food Safety qualification (preferred but not essential)
* Experience in safety within the hospitality industry
* Passion for promoting a safety-focused culture and ownership of initiatives
* Professional, conscientious, and committed to safety
* Friendly, approachable, and effective communicator
* Detail-oriented and accurate
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis
* Organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* UK driving license is essential
