Job Title: Nursing Home Manager Location: Leicester Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum performance-related bonus Company: Large, well-established care provider About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Nursing Home Manager to lead a high-performing care home in Leicester. As Nursing Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, compliance, and resident wellbeing. You will lead, inspire, and develop your team while maintaining a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
