Your Day-to-Day
* Lead a multi-skilled on-site engineering team to deliver outstanding FM service
* Oversee all planned and reactive maintenance for critical M&E and HVAC systems
* Ensure compliance, reporting, and safe systems of work are maintained at all times
* Liaise with key client stakeholders and manage performance via CAFM systems
* Participate in the on-call rota, ensuring operational reliability 24/7
What We're Looking For
* NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical (minimum)
* Solid experience in M&E/FM/building services environments
* Strong leadership skills; you’ll be managing people, priorities, and performance
