Conduct vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing according to manufacturer standards
Assist in troubleshooting vehicle faults and implementing effective solutions
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high quality standard
Maintain accurate service and repair records in compliance with company procedures
Support MOT testing (if qualified) and participate in workshop activities
Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining repairs and technical issues
Collaborate with colleagues to meet workshop targets and objectives
Keep skills up to date through manufacturer training and technical development programsRequirements of this Vehicle Technician role:
Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with relevant IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualifications
Proven experience working in a busy dealership environment
Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
MOT Tester qualification is desirable but not essential
Track record of delivering high-quality work with a commitment to customer satisfaction
