You'll be a resilient and committed brand ambassador, ready to raise the bar by confidently delivering style advice, recommending and selling our newest products, and ensuring each customer feels valued.
Key Responsibilities

* Contribute to a positive, high‑energy team environment and support colleagues to deliver a seamless experience.

* Lead the fill operation, coordinating resources to serve, sell, and fill, and lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
* Coach colleagues on One Best Way and drive productivity ahead of store opening.
* Allocate resources for a quick payment experience.
* Implement daily operational processes efficiently and on time.
* Coordinate the team to maintain a clean, safe, and well‑presented store.
* Create a great team atmosphere that is inclusive of everyone.
* Role model excellent customer service and M&S behaviours.
* Support Colleague Managers by sharing observations to support high performance and recognise great colleagues.
* Assist nearby stores if operationally required.
* Serve as a key holder and answer call‑outs as required.
* Handle opening and closing tasks: vehicle receipt, temperature control, logging operational issues, cash handling, and TSL compliance.
