Job Title: Sales and
Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will support the
sales and marketing teams in executing creative strategies that drive revenue
growth and enhance brand awareness. This role involves coordinating marketing
campaigns, managing sales support activities, and ensuring effective
communication between departments. OTE for this role based on 42.5 hours would
be £34,255pa this includes a predictive service charge element
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Coordination
* Assist in the development and execution of marketing
campaigns, including social, email, press and activations.
* Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content
and building a community.
* Create and design
newsletters
* Manage website updates
for Thyme on content pages and blog posts
* Support on the planning
and delivery of photoshoots, both internally and for clients
* Supporting the delivery
of the awards strategy
* Liaising with industry
platforms and publications for inclusion in guides, awards and coverage
* Liaise with the PR team
on journalist visits and dissemination of coverage
Sales
Support
* Provide administrative support to the sales team,
including preparing sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
* Highlighting events, key
dates, and opportunities to build into the marketing calendar
* Writing copy for
packages and offers to ensure they are compelling, and accurate for the
operational teams
* Assist in the development of sales strategies and
performance metrics.
Communication and Collaboration
* Serve as a liaison
between the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on goals and
strategies.
* Support the planning and execution of trade shows and
other promotional events.
* Support on internal
communications of brand messages, updates and news
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., email
marketing platforms, social media platforms).
* Experience with CMS
platforms (e.g. Squarespace)
* Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design
software (e.g., Canva)
* Knowledge of creative content marketing strategies.
