Reporting To: Head of FM Data Insights
Direct Reports: Supervising Analyst team, managing workload priorities across the group function. Manage colleague performance & attendance at work.
Job Purpose: To support a world-class FM Provider in providing insight for clients’ asset replacement and capital expenditure programmes. Identify trends in maintenance activity, investigate outliers, report root causes, and escalate as needed. Develop relationships with key stakeholders.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Drive innovation within the Data Insights team.
2. Collaborate with discipline SMEs and internal stakeholders to enhance business plan submissions.
3. Utilize Business Insight tools to analyze asset spend and performance outliers.
4. Advise on asset specifications and inform purchasing decisions.
5. Create dashboards in Power BI, update tools in Excel, prepare reports in PowerPoint, and summaries in Word.
6. Develop business intelligence tools with data visualization techniques.
7. Enhance BI and LCC analysis and reporting tools with internal stakeholders.
8. Use the Corporate LCC model to guide asset replacement investment priorities.
9. Represent the company professionally and build good relationships with City and ASDA colleagues.
10. Attend training to keep technical skills up-to-date.
11. Adhere to Health and Safety policies.
12. Maintain quality standards in collaboration with colleagues.
13. Follow any other reasonable instructions from the Line Manager.

Essential Requirements:
* Flexibility in task management and availability.
* Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and data analytics.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, capable of creating complex reports.
* Senior-level relationship management experience.
* Experience presenting to senior customers.
* Excellent report writing skills.
* Experience monitoring KPIs.
* Collaborative experience with internal and external teams.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Timely delivery of the business plan.
* Performance outputs as agreed.
