The Portsmouth Academy is seeking a dedicated Attendance Administrative Support Assistant to play a key role in promoting excellent attendance and punctuality across the school. Working closely with the Attendance Improvement Coordinator, you will provide high-quality administrative support for attendance and admissions. In this varied role you will: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of attendance reporting to the Senior Leadership Team and Governors Liaise with parents and carers using a variety of communication platforms ensuring confidentiality Support the school community by undertaking regular child facing duties including during social times, before and/or after school This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people's education and has the administrative skills to make a real difference.
