Overview

The post holder will provide administration support across the following main areas, including diary and email management, meeting planning (agenda setting, minute taking and action tracking) and support with completion of the Integrated Business Plan for the DMD Secured Services, adding compliance data on a monthly basis.

Skills & Abilities

* Assimilate, manage and communicate a wide range of information including sensitive and complex matters
* Ability to prioritise and bring to the attention of the DMD with any relevant supporting information
* Co-ordinate the rolling programme of performance and development reviews, 1:1\'s, supervisions and appraisals


Desirable criteria

* Undertake specific project work as directed by the DMD


Knowledge and Experience

* A good understanding of the health and social care sector and the roles / responsibilities within it
* Computer literate and competent in Microsoft and databases

* Educated to Diploma level or equivalent knowledge and experience
* Previous experience in a similar role within the public sector
