Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Banstead, Surrey

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join a practice in Banstead, Surrey. This role is part time for 2 days per week on Wednesdays and Fridays with shifts from 8am to 7pm, along with 1 in 3 Saturdays. There is no OOH work or on-call duties.
Thepractice is an established purpose-built clinic which is fully equipped with all the toys including ultrasonography, digital radiography, in house lab and more! They have a lovely loyal client base, and they boast an excellent local reputation.
The role involves all aspects of consulting and surgery however the practice will support a specific area of special interest.

3. Type: Small animal
4. Hours: Part time, 2 days per week, Wednesdays and Fridays, shifts from 8am to 7pm
5. Weekends: 1 in 3 Saturdays
6. Sole charge: None
7. OOH: None
8. Team: 2 vets, 3 nurses and a supportive non-clinical team

About you:
20. The practice can support an experienced Vet or a newly graduated Vet
21. It is essential the Vet is a team player
22. They will enjoy and embrace all aspects of the role
23. They will have sound knowledge of all aspects of Veterinary duties and responsibilities - for more experienced Vets
24. They will have excellent communication skills.
25. They will have excellent client care skills and be able to build client relationships easily.
26. They will remain calm under pressure and be able to multitask where appropriate
27. They will have an enthusiastic and motivated attitude with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Package:
39. Salary: Up to £65, pro rata, commensurate to experience
