Job Responsibilities

Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top‑tier university in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
* Demonstrated record of academic excellence and outstanding achievements in extracurricular activities or professional experiences.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data‑driven decisions.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* High level of initiative, proactivity, and a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
* Proven leadership potential, evidenced by leadership roles in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings.
* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a significant advantage.
* Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and thrive in ambiguous situations.
* Prior internship or work experience in a relevant industry is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
