About the role
As a Supervisor with New Look, you will work with your Store Manager to implement the ultimate shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and are encouraged to return. You will inspire your team to help customers look good and express their style with the latest fashion, achieving this by setting exceptional standards and leading your people to deliver high‑quality results.
About you
You are someone who expresses your style your way and inspires your team to do the same. You have an eye for the latest trends and champion customers in expressing their unique style. You are passionate about service and creating a relaxed, friendly, customer‑focused experience. You have previous retail management experience in a fast‑paced environment and a track record of delivering results through a team. You are committed to your own development, seeking innovative ways to improve performance with tailored development plans from our Online Academy training and support from your Store Manager.
